PHILOSOPHY

We at Chiropractic Natural Medicine Center choose not only to look at the spine, as many chiropractors do, but also take a very in depth look at many other factors that may have a profound influence on one's health. These factors may include but are not limited to:  the feet, ankles, knees, hips and upper extremities as well as biomechanics, over-all flexibility, strength, conditioning, lifestyle habits, as well as many different nutritional factors.

Treatment involves not only manipulation, but also specific stretching, strengthening and nutritional recommendations. We incorporate state-of-the art rehabilitation equipment manufactured by MedX and CYBEX to diagnose inconsistencies and weaknesses on a segmental basis. A prescribed rehabilitation program is given upon diagnosis, involving both stretching for maximum flexibility and strengthening to stabilize your spinal muscles. Good posture and strong paraspinal muscles are critical to maintaining spinal integrity and overall superior health.

Dr. Hoffman has a very extensive background and advanced training in many different areas.
